Service Agreement

On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject, our clients acknowledges that it is familiar with Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd portfolio and is requesting services with the knowledge of the Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd style, that Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd work is constantly evolving, that Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd’s services are of unique and artistic nature, that the media may be different from media created by Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd in the past, and that in creating the media, Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd shall use its artistic judgement to create images consistent with its personal vision of the event, which vision may be different than the clients and/or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, the client acknowledges that the photos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria. The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Black Cactus Creatives Pty Ltd.
