In 2023, the Australian public was asked to go to the polls to vote on whether we should establish an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice to Parliament. Black Cactus worked in association with Tauondi Aboriginal College and The Australian Electoral Commission to create a collection of informational media content to help increase the percentage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voters. This project also aimed to provide information about sourcing correct information in regards to the referendum.
